Like I said earlier or some months ago, I will post more pics than words. I guess the process to date has not been as bad as we thought it might be. Head office have been fantastic. Our site supervisor B#$d seems genuinely nice. So far so good.
Congrats Ilias. We are also building with Henley. Hav tender in 2 wks. Did you upgrade your tiles from cat 1. If you did, how much did it cost as I hate the cat 1 selections.
Hey Lee Ann...Congratulations for choosing Henley...this is our second build with them...must say the second time round has been great...yes we have upgraded all tiling to wet area including;
- bathroom floor and wall - ensuite floor and wall - toilet floor - laundry wall - powder room wall
We have also done in our Ensuite, Bathroom & Powder room wall, extended height tiling(nearly to the ceiling. I think it will look really nice when done.
The total cost to cat 3 for all the above is $3,644, but all worth it.
We are doing our own floor coverings such as carpets to bedrooms, study & theater and our own tiling to the ground hallway, family, meals, powder and laundry. It works out a lot less. I hope we find a decent tiler though.
